Participants must make their own hotel room's reservation directly with Mr. Jhosept Arroyo Condori. Please send an e-mail message to Mr. Condori (perutravelplatinum@live.com) informing the period in which you intend to stay in Peru, if you want to stay in single or double room, and if you plan to travel with a companion or not. If you want to stay for a longer period in Peru and visit other places, Mr. Condori can also organize the extension of your stay. The organizing committee of the meeting is not responsible for hotel reservations.
Important Information
Ollantaytambo has dozens of hotels, inns, restaurants, cafes. The price range of hotels and inns is very varied. Mr. Condori will soon make available on the website of the agency a list of recommended hotels, organized in three price and quality ranges. The local currency is the Nuevo Sol (1 USD ~ 3.3 Soles).
Tours to Machu Picchu, Maras and Moray
Mr. Jhosept Arroyo Condori is organizing the tours to Machu Picchu, Maras and Moray. The acquisition of the tickets to Machu Picchu, Maras and Moray must be arranged, for participants and accompanying persons, directly with Mr. Arroyo. The purchase of transportation tickets by train to Machu Picchu should also be arranged with Mr. Arroyo. The transport to Maras and Moray will be organized by Mr. Arroyo but will be financed by the Organizing Committee. The Organizing Committee will offer to the participants lunch bags for the tour to Maras and Moray. The cost of lunch bags for companions will be borne by registered participants and can be paid on the day of registration (September 8).
