Breakfast at Ideasquare (B 3179) coupled with a short and interesting talk & discussion in the intersection of science, technology and innovation. Curious Morning on 14th of June warmly welcomes HiLumi3D team to introduce the HiLumi3D app.
HiLumi3D is a VR platform that allows you to navigate through an early design of some of the buildings of the HL-LHC Project. The HL-LHC (High Luminosity Large Hadron Collider, sometimes abbreviated as HiLumi) is a major upgrade of the LHC machine, one of the largest scientific instruments ever built. The main objective is to increase the luminosity (rate of collisions) by a factor of ten by the year 2025, and to continue exploring the mysteries of our Universe. HiLumi represents an exceptional technological challenge that will be overcome with cutting-edge technologies. The app is developed as a collaboration between CERN and Lapin AMK (Lapland University of Applied Sciences).
Curious Morning breakfast organised in collaboration with CERN Accelerators and Technology Sector & Ideasquare.
Please come and join Curious Morning get yourself nourished with coffee/tea, croissant & juice with 2 CHF. In order to estimate the number of croissants, please express your hungriness in the doodle:
