Description
I will discuss recent developments regarding long-distance effects in B->K()l+ l- decays.
Precise knowledge of these effects is needed for the interpretation of the present anomaly seen in the experimental results. The approach I discuss relies on the analytic properties of the hadronic matrix elements. It combines the available theory information beyond the physical phase space with experimental data of hadronic decays B->K() psi. The results are predictions for the rare decay within the Standard Model and beyond.
