Interested people are encouraged to attend.  An ep Higgs talk was
allocated for a slot, as well as other ep talks in different physics
sessions (e.g. SM).

Orhan gave a short oral presentation.  The minutes are attached below
in his agenda item.

An update on the search for top FCNC tqgamma couplings is presented, plots for statistical significance depending on the integrated luminosity are shown for different coupling values at 2sigma, 3sigma and 5 sigma level. The results for tqgamma are compared to the espected HL-LHC results. Sensitivity to the lambda_u and lamda_c are discussed for lower electron beam energy run Ee=40 GeV and Ee=60 GeV at LHeC and FCC-eh.
