   1. New TPM Model candidates' presentations:
      1. Italy

      3. Germany
      4. Central Europe
      5. South West Europe
      Present your understanding of the TPM functions in the model (selected at the SA1 f2f mgnt meeting of 2009-06-09 at CERN), and your shifts' plan.
   2. Comments on the User Support Strategy note and discussion for the afternoon session on User Support.
   This is the 6th of a series of USAG meetings where we are called to shape the User Support strategy in the last year of EGEE and in view of EGI.

   EGI Blueprint v.3 (Dec 2008) for quick reference during these meetings.

4. Maintain master/slave ticket relationship after closure? Discussion on a presentation by Diana from last month's USAG and Ref. savannah #108668.
