The HEPSYSMAN meeting on 16th January 2018 will take place at the University of Glasgow in the School of Physics and Astronomy (Kelvin Building, Gilmorehill Campus).
Room details: The main meeting will take place in room 323, which is a lab space on level 3. Directions will be given from the main entrance foyer.
Storage Afternoon Workshop: Start time is 2pmThe afternoon storage workshop on the 15th January will take place in room 221 on level 2 (one down from the main meeting). Directions will be given from the main entrance foyer.
Network access: The meeting area is covered by eduroam.
Vidyo access: Vidyo will be available for remote connections using the UK_HEP_SYSMAN room, linked below.
Coffee/Lunch: Coffee and lunch will also be available in this room.
