The 'Diagnostics Experts of European LightSource' as an annual workshop intended to discuss ongoing beam diagnostics work at storage ring and free electron lasers alike.
Emphasis is on informal discussion of ongoing topics. Completed work and overview talks should preferentially be presented at conferences like IBIC or IPAC.
