      Ongoing Projects :

      Retrieval of TIMBER values : Work in progress, but already available in beta version
      Test site : http://epdtdi-vm-01.cern.ch:8080/pytimber

      • Upcoming Interventions - ANNUAL MAINTENANCE 5m

        Planned AUG test for EHN1 : 6.03  - Finished around Lunch time.
        Unexpected cut of EHN1 on 7.03. AUG tests still ongoing in north area.  Caused by errously triggering high level AUG chain.

        Some problems of restarting Irradiator after cut. - No real problem found.

        Schedule of the Maintenance period :

        Monday 12.03 : Removal of detector setups from bunker area, preparation of bunker.
        Tuesday 13.03 : Opening of the roof Upstream
                                  Installation of Scaffolding
        Annual Irradiator Maintenance : 13-15 03 2018
        In Parallel : Maintenance of the Access System, PR - maintenance of REMUS, Gas Detection Maintenance.
        Installation of cable tray for Cosmic Trigger Roof Chamber  (delayed)
        Installation of a shielded electronic rack  (ongoing)

        Friday 16.03 :         DSO Test 14h   (very long, but completed)
        Saturday - Sunday : 17-18.03 Field Mapping with Dose Meter
        Monday 18.03 : Field Mapping with Spectrometer
        Tuesday 19.03 : Cable installation and Half filter measurements
        Wednesday 21.03: Re-installations of setups into bunker.
                                  Access day
        Wednesday Evening : Restart of normal operation

        Guidelines for filling in IMPACT requests

        General Guideline : One IMPACT per setup.

        • two chambers on individual supports -> 2 IMPACT declarations
        • multiple chambers swapped on same or similar support -> one IMPACT declaration
        • basically, if you need two locations, please make two IMPACT declaration (clone)

        Each Setup should have IMPACT label attached with number.
        Attached documents : CAD file  or  picture.
        Review working hours : if your declaration includes the bunker area, please state the number of hours you want to stay INSIDE the bunker only (for RP purposes).

        NEW IMPACT needed for 2018. (All current IMPACTS will expire at Saturday 23.December)

        Special IMPACT needed for Christmas Closure.
