News:
* People going to ALCWS 2018 should register soon

Raul presents:
* Different bunch lengths are decelerated differently. 1% tolerance is of 1/1000 gradient error.
* CSR plays a role to the longitudinal phase space, need to consider it
* Consider also the bunch compressor downstream the CR2
* The final compressor must feature linear R56 for the phase feed-forward to work properly
* Uncorrelated energy spread is small
* As an initial beam, use the overlap of many random seed from DB Linac (more pessimistic than the average)
* While reducing the initial emittance to < 80 um, try to increase the energy spread
* Start to use more realistic distributions from the linac
