1. Registration
The registration desk will be located in building 6, 2nd floor (room 6-2-024) from 13:30 to 14:00 on Monday 03.09. Please come as early as possible.
If you are arriving later in the week, please send a message to Eleanor
2. Access to CERN (*** Please read carefully***)
External participants have received a link indicating that access has been requested in view of the workshop. Once you have given your personal data back (by filling in the corresponding form), you will receive a second message confirming your access. In this last message, there is a ticket attached with a code. Please print this ticket. If you can not, a kiosk is available from CERN's reception during office hours. Please take with you the code that was sent along with the link. You will be requested to show your passport or identity card to enter CERN premises.
Note that your visitor access card must be visible at all times when you are on the CERN site, and that visitors are requested to use Gate B only.
3. Registration Fee payment
If you have not proceeded with the registration fee payment yet, you have the possibility to pay by cash at the UBS bank on Monday (you can get cash with your credit card at the same bank).

We remind you that your payment should be free of charge for CERN.
4. CERN Hostel
We remind you that all modifications or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Please contact the CERN Hostel directly (Tel. +41 22 767 44 81 / +41 22 767 33 44)
In case of “No show”, a penalty equivalent to the cost of the first night of the reservation shall be charged to the debit or credit card of the participant. If you are arriving outside the Hostel reception’s opening hours, room keys can be obtained from the security guard on duty at the entrance to CERN's Meyrin site (Swiss side) - Gate B.
5. Laptop registration

The following persons can be indicated either Alexia Augier or Eleanor Davies as contact. (There is no need to mention the CERN Department nor the CERN Group in the form).
Please take note that you will not be able to register your laptop from outside CERN.
6. Excursion and Workshop Dinner – Tuesday 4 September 2018
An excursion is foreseen on Tuesday afternoon to the Chillon Castle near Lausanne. This visit will be followed by the workshop dinner in the restaurant : Le Contre-Temps.
A transportation is organized for this event. The bus will leave CERN at 14:30 (meeting point in front of the steps of the main building). You are expected to be back at 22:30.

In principle submission rights have been granted to all speakers and session conveners. In case you still need assistance, please contact Eleanor directly.
