Please take tram no 18 from CERN (direction Bachet) and get off at stop Plainpalais.
As you get off the tram walk straight ahead, towards the square and then turn right on the Boulevard Georges-Favon. Walk straight ahead until you reach no 23. The restaurant is on the right-hand side.
