The workshop will take place in the LLR Conference Room, at the École polytechnique.
The LLR Conference room is located in the lab area (light blue on the map), first floor, corridor 5, room n° 05 2021.
The lab area is under controlled access. A reception desk will be installed at the point indicated by the red cross on the map ('Accueil'), accessible from the outside 'cour Ferrié' (green area just on the right on the map). From the reception desk people form LLR will accompany you to the LLR conference room (if you arrive before 12.30 or after 1.30pm) or directly to the lunch room (if you arrive in between 12.30 and 1.30 pm).
Arriving at the reception desk is the prefered option. However in case you happen to be close to the labs area (light blue on the map), or in case you are lost, you can call one of the phone numbers indicated below, we will then arrange to come to you so to let you enter the restricted area.
