    Quick notes: 

    - Public event: the flyer is discussed, in particular logos. It will be printed asap and be made available for publicity.

    - Art-science workshop: titles are for now place holders. The question of abstracts is discussed, we propose to ask for 2 to 3 lines to introduce the speaker's context, angle and themes of interest, but to avoid too rigid texts which may block the discussion. 

    - ORIGIN brainstorming: is moved to 30.11

    - Now that the program is established, follow up with the HEP conference is with Chiara. 

    - Trip details to be setup between Sara and James / Claire / Michael. 

     

    This is the last meeting dedicated to Japan. Extra links and material will be added to the indico. 

    Next meeting will be a coordination meeting, split in 2 subjects: Virgo event proposal;  Georgia wrap up.
