Meeting
-------

- Attending: Graeme, Marek, Peter, Andrea, Servesh
- Apologies: Liz, David, Stefan

Main open points for discussion were summarised in the TODO list for the
workshop.

- Andrea will follow up further on letting PRACE know about the workshop
(for attendance, not to give a talk though)

- Servesh will prepare a poll to find out what hackathon people actually want
to cover (but baseline is introduction to tools in the morning, participant
  code examples in the afternoon)

- Two options for rearranging the Tuesday AM timetable:
  - Move Ciaran's talk to after lunch (take an early lunch)
  - Swap the HPC and NNLO sessions
- We concluded that the early lunch idea might be more attractive for keeping
hold of senior experiment physics people (e.g., Andreas Hoeker had some very
definite ideas on NNLO processes that ATLAS needed)
- Graeme will ask Ciaran when the earliest time he could give the talk is and
we will decide finally after that is known
- Marek, Stefan and Andy are actively working on the Tuesday AM discussion
  session planning
  - Discussed Mark Sutton's ploughshare software, but we decided against a
talk as the session is much more policy oriented

- Graeme will discuss with Michelangelo how to arrange the coffee breaks
  (probably for ~50)

AOB

- Next meeting in ~2 weeks time (Graeme will doodle, as usual)
  - Should focus on discussing the outcomes we think are possible and
can be encouraged, so as to guide the final session

- Servesh added some direct links to the TODO document that show registrations
  in particular categories (thanks!)

There are minutes attached to this event. Show them.
