CERN Access Cards (For Participants from outside CERN)
You can find details on how to get to CERN on http://visit.cern/get-to-cern
CERN access cards
It is mandatory to wear a nominative CERN visitor access card to access the CERN site (other than the Globe of Science and Innovation)
Print@home (highly recommended)
Upon registration, you will receive a message (together with a link) informing you that CERN access card has been requested for you. Once you have given your personal data, you will receive a link which allows you to print out your CERN access card.
If you can not print this card before your arrival at CERN, a kiosk is available at CERN's reception during office hours: 8.00a.m. – 5.30p.m. For this, you should take with you the code that was sent along by email. You will be requested to show your passport or identity card.
If possible, we also advise you to print out this email and carry it with you.
Note that your visitor access card must be visible at all times when you are on the CERN site, and that visitors are requested to use Gate B only.
