By plane:
Bucharest Henri Coandă International Airport (Code: OTP) is located in Otopeni, 16.5 km north of Bucharest's city centre.
All major airlines have flights to OTP.
To get from the airport to the hotels, use taxi or Uber (very popular). The cost to city cenre is about 35-40 lei (€8-9). Order and pay in advance a taxi using the touchpads in the Arrivals terminal or local taxi apps; do not take taxis waiting in front of the airport, you may be asked to pay too much.
Alternatively, there is a regular bus service from the airport to the city centre (express bus 783) or to the main railway station (express bus 780).
