Location:

The meeting will be held at the W.K. Kellogg Biological Station located on Gull Lake in Hickory Corners, MI; this is near Battle Creek MI. A Google Maps is HERE

IMPORTANT: This is NOT on the main campus of MSU in East Lansing; this is a 1 hour drive from East Lansing.

Schedule:

Arrival at the venue is on Tuesday afternoon 24 September, and dinner will be served that evening. The physics session begins 9:00am Wednesday morning. 

The meeting sessions run thru 12:30pm on Friday 27 September, and lunch will be served following the session. 


Lodging & Food:

The Biological Station  is a full-service conference center located on grounds of the historic W.K. Kellogg’s estate. The registration fee of ~$450  (to be finalized) covers lodging, meals, and coffee breaks for the full duration of the meeting (Tuesday dinner to Friday lunch). 


Transportation:

The venue is accessible from 2 major airports, and 2 smaller airports.

For those who do not want to rent a car, we will try to arrange rides/carpools from Detroit Metro Airport (DTW) and Lansing Airport (LAN).

This is the closest major airport.  Car rental is available.  We will work to arrange rides for those who do not want to rent a car.  There is also a bus (Michigan Flyer) to East Lansing every 90 minutes, and we will also try to arrange rides from East Lansing.  Other transportation options here

This is a smaller airport close to the venue, but the number of flights is more limited. We can arrange for pickup.
