      Weekly summary and plan for the next week :

       ------------------------

      ALICE :   This week 4 small chambers + 2 big ones. Campaign comes to and end.
                         1 week break,       and 1 slot for 2-3 more chambers (Monday ?)

      Friday morning 8h30-12h (with access during last hour)
      Saturday morning 8h30-11h (including access)
      Monday morning 8h30-11h  (including access)

      ATLAS-MM :  Currently no new chamber available.  (SM2 - module 7 not ready for GIF)
                               We will see for next week.

      sTGC Production :  return Mid-March. Chamber arrives at CERN on 18.3, to be installed same or next week.
                                      Short HV test needed, filter 1 would be required.

      sTGC : QS2  (electronics) + QS3 (HV test) installed.  1h test this afternoon with attenuation 1 after ALICE is done. 5h source scan (filter from 600 to 1) on Monday at 11am  -  TO BE CONFIRMED

      EP-DT2  :  3hours in the afternoon (2pm to 5pm) for today and tomorrow (filter 10).
                         Stop for next week.

      CMS-RPC :  Yesterday installation of Scintillator.  Test of rate during next days. Several 30 minute access.
                           New chambers arriving 20-25.03  - IMPACT to be done
                           Problem with Freon (issue on manometer) 

      EcoGas  - last chamber installed, staying on CMS-RPC gas mixture.
                 

      Otherwise : 2.2 filter for most of the week.


      CMS-GEM 1&2 : Happy

      EP-DT1: No special request this week

      ATLAS-RPC  : Yesterday installation on HV cables.
                                Next week 2 chambers to be installed - new trolley.
                               (presentation expected next week)

      CMS-DT MB 1&2  :   No comment.

      LHCb : preparation to exchange chamber.  Installing it next Wednesday.

      CMS-CSC:  Continuing radiation.
                          Joining Access on Friday and Monday
                          Need stable conditions tomorrow afternoon.

      Correction of Irradiator Signals after power cut.
      Since installation of UPS, the Irradiator signals UNSAFE after a power cut, independently if the source was ON or OFF at the time. In reality, source will always be in safe position after power cut. Power cycle controls in control room to get correct status.

       

      PyTIMBER :

          Additional values need to be collected/republished ?
              - REMUS  - to be included in GIF Display
              - XTDV - to be included in pytimber only

        Bunker layout frozen, work started already.

        Two VICs done yesterday.

        Currently estimated start : Either early July or early September.  (before or after August)
        If we want July, we have to push now.

        General Guideline : One IMPACT per setup.

         

        • two chambers on individual supports -> 2 IMPACT declarations
        • multiple chambers swapped on same or similar support -> one IMPACT declaration
        • basically, if you need two locations, please make two IMPACT declaration (clone)

        Each Setup should have IMPACT label attached with number.
        Attached documents : CAD file  or  picture.
        Review working hours : if your declaration includes the bunker area, please state the number of hours you want to stay INSIDE the bunker only (for RP purposes).

        In principle we are not concerned, due to the fact that are not related to our infrastructure. Anyhow, to be sure we would announce to you, like that, in case we will have a power cut, you can react as soon as possible.

        Issue with ligth.  Button near access door should enable the light for additional 2h.
        We plan to keep the light over the GIF area active in the near future (change by EN-EL needed) -> NOT FEASABLE

        Locked door on Saleve side.
        Proposal top remove the cylinder to avoid the guard locking the door during night times.  -> Cylinder HAS BEEN REMOVED
