3 big ones arrive by next week, will need 2 sloits (Fr. & Sa.)

ATLAS-MM :  SM1-M3 installed in bunker at 2.9m upstream. 4 week irradiation planned.  (until early May)
Universal trolley to arrive end of April. Tentative to be placed in current CMS-DT location.
2 scans, Thursdays & Mondays (morning)  4-5h scan, 1h each from 10-1 attenuation.
Otherwise stable conditions at 2.2 (requested by CMS-RPC)

Space in front reserved for LM1 - will come in ≈ 2 weeks.
Empty trolley to be tested next Wednesday if installation is possible.

      sTGC : 1 QS3  and 4 QS2 available.  1QS3 and 1QS2 installed.  QS3 closed to the source.
2 chambers outside, will be moved to the corridor.  Test will be ≈ 1h.
Maybe QS1 will arrive also this week.

Tomorrow Friday   1h at 1 (synced with ALICE)

EP-DT2  :  6 days, 3h each at fixed attenuation factor (3 days 22 & 3 days 10).  Starting on Mo & Tue, then again end of the week.

CMS-RPC :  One trolleys for longevity test and the other for testing the electronics in order to launch the mass production.  One  installed, one (cosmic trigger) to be installed earliest next Wednesday.
      Today 6.9 for 2h needed.

Gas flow needs to be checked, as we are on the limit.

EcoGas  - Setting up the dedicated mixer (DONE).

Otherwise : 2.2 filter for most of the week.

Problem with GC, does currently not connect to PC

      CMS-GEM 1&2 : Happy

      EP-DT1: Happy

ATLAS-RPC  :   5 gaps from mass production installed. Will be changed to contain less flammable material -> DONE

CMS-DT MB 1&2 :  Test on the mono-tubes still on going. Preparing for the de-cabling of both chambers expected starting next week. Removal planned for the 1st or 2nd week of May.

LHCb : preparation to exchange chamber.  Installing it next Wednesday (not done).

CMS-CSC:  Continuing radiation and recovering the setups from the preparation area.

      EP-DT : Source scan downstream 1h - Filter 150 to 1

      New Items :
      ==========

      Ongoing Projects :
      =============

Correction of Irradiator Signals after power cut.
Since installation of UPS, the Irradiator signals UNSAFE after a power cut, independently if the source was ON or OFF at the time. In reality, source will always be in safe position after power cut. Power cycle controls in control room to get correct status.

      PyTIMBER :

Additional values need to be collected/republished ?
              - REMUS  - to be included in GIF Display
              - XTDV - to be included in pytimber only

      • IMPACTS for 2019 5m

Guidelines for filling in IMPACT requests

List of active IMPACT declarations : https://impact.cern.ch/impact/secure/activities/accessPoint/YDALC02-PPE154

General Guideline : One IMPACT per setup.

        • two chambers on individual supports -> 2 IMPACT declarations
        • multiple chambers swapped on same or similar support -> one IMPACT declaration
        • basically, if you need two locations, please make two IMPACT declaration (clone)

Each Setup should have IMPACT label attached with number.
Attached documents : CAD file  or  picture.
Review working hours : if your declaration includes the bunker area, please state the number of hours you want to stay INSIDE the bunker only (for RP purposes).

NEW IMPACT needed for 2019 !

      • New Announcements 5m

Next Wednesday - move of RAMSES to CROME.
Will need access starting 8h.  We will need SOURCE ON during the day. Maybe several times.

        DSO test in the afternoon.

      • AOB 5m

Issue with ligth.  Button near access door should enable the light for additional 2h.
We plan to keep the light over the GIF area active in the near future (change by EN-EL needed) -> NOT FEASABLE

        Locked door on Saleve side.
Proposal top remove the cylinder to avoid the guard locking the door during night times.  -> Cylinder HAS BEEN REMOVED
