The workshop proceedings will be prepared by the University of Kansas (KU). The proceedings will be published online by the Library of KU, and will be freely available. For people interested in having a hard copy, a fee will be requested.

The maximum number of pages per contribution is 10. Page numbers are blank, since these will be added later on by the KU Library. The deadline is May 15th. **The deadline has been extended to June 15th**
