Accommodation: 40 rooms are being block booked at Grand Hotel in Lund for the conference participants but we encourage you to book individually (reservations@grandlundia.se). Please specify the booking code "ESS290610" to get the best rate. The hotel rate (University prices) is 1545 SEK/n incl breakfast (app.160€).

Travel expenses and hotel bills shall be paid by the participants themselves. The accommodation is NOT included in the conference fee.
From Copenhagen airport, it takes about 50 min. by train directly to Lund. Grand Hotel is just 2 min. walking distance from the central station in Lund.
Trains leave Kastrup airport to Lund via Malmö every 20 min. and take app. 45 min. www.skanetrafiken.se.
The Conference Fee is 1250 SEK and covers: the Grand Hotel conference rooms, the Collaboration Dinner (local bus transfers incl.), 3 lunches and the coffee breaks. The payment shall be transferred at the latest on 7th June 2010. For more instructions on how to pay by bank transfer, please refer to "Payment" in the "Registration" part.
There will be a Collaboration Dinner in the evening of July 1st. The dinner will take place at Häckeberga Castle, app. 20 km outside of Lund www.hackebergaslott.se. A coach will take you from the hotel (at 6.30 p.m.) to the venue and will return to the hotel after the dinner (around 10 p.m.).
