The documents required to enter Spain depend on the nationality of the visitors.
Citizens from the European Union, Switzerland, Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein only need an identity card or a valid passport. For the rest of countries please check the Spanish Ministry of Foreign Affairs which provides the list of countries requiring other formalities and the documents required.
In case you need a visa please ask for it at the Spanish embassy or any Spanish consulate at your country of residence.
