Accomodation:
ECT* will arrange the accommodation for all participants at hotels downtown.
Participants don't have to worry about hotel reservations.
All participants will have a room booked by ECT* well in advance according to the choice you make during the Eventbrite registration:

Depending on your support category received, participants could pay partially or totally the cost of the room. In case of No-Show the penalty is the total amount of the first night.
After the closing date of the registration period, if you have any question regarding your accommodation, please contact XXXX
Parking lot:
- Hotels don't have any private parking places. However, there is a multi-store car park at 200 meters from the hotel (cost: € 8/each time you exit). Please ask for further information directly at the Hotel.
- At the ECT* there is a free outdoor parking place that is open from 8.00 am to 21.00 pm.
