CERN hostel
20 single rooms with bathrooms (CHF 58) and 5 twin rooms with bathrooms (CHF 77) are available at the CERN hostel from 10 to 14 November.
If you wish to book a room at the CERN hostel, please complete either the CERN web booking (with a valid CERN computer account only) or the attached booking request form (without a valid CERN computer account) and return it to housing.service@cern.ch at the latest 31 days before the expected arrival date.

All reservations, regardless of origin, are payable in Swiss francs.
Cancellation or modification are accepted without charge until 2:00 pm (local time) two days prior to the scheduled arrival date.
In case of no-show, the first night will be charged 100% on the financial guarantee provided at the time of booking. The rest of the stay will be entirely cancelled if no (re) confirmation is given before 12:00 (local time) the day after the no-show.
In case of early departure, there is no charge if the hotel reception is informed before 12:00 (local time) on the day of departure.
