Travel information related to COVID-19

We are going to consider the current COVID-19 situation carefully.

VISA and current COVID19-related travel information can be found in a relevant embassy or consulate. Please direct any questions regarding Korean entry and quarantine requirements to the nearest Korean Embassy or Consulate.

For example,

  1. All travelers to Korea must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test result issued within 72 hours of their departure. But the detailed requirements for the proof of test can be asked to the nearest Korean Embassy or Consulate.
  2. There is a mandatory 14-day quarantine upon entry for most travelers. Some exceptions may apply. For example, limited categories of vaccinated travelers may apply for a quarantine exemption certificate at an overseas Korean Embassy or Consulate prior to travel.
