For example,
- All travelers to Korea must provide proof of a negative COVID-19 PCR test result issued within 72 hours of their departure. But the detailed requirements for the proof of test can be asked to the nearest Korean Embassy or Consulate.
- There is a mandatory 14-day quarantine upon entry for most travelers. Some exceptions may apply. For example, limited categories of vaccinated travelers may apply for a quarantine exemption certificate at an overseas Korean Embassy or Consulate prior to travel.
