Application Form for Exhibition and Sponsorship: SEEIIST meets Industry
Face2Face meetings to bring you in contact with experts, potential clients and development partners are organized in a special B2S-session by HEPTech and EEN prior to the event through a dedicated online platform together with a complementary trade fair. Financial support would facilitate the organizers to provide the required infrastructure and cancel the registration fee altogether. We therefore kindly invite industrial partners to choose the sponsorship package as a support to the event.
Sponsorship Package
200 € (including VAT)
- Your company name and logo featured as a sponsor on the event web page and in the final program booklet.
- Your dedicated booth (1 table 96.5 x 47 cm) for products/brands/services, with 2 chairs with possibility of banner stand. The booth will be located close to the rooms to be used for Face2Face meetings, lectures and Coffee & Networking breaks. (see “Exhibition contract” for more details).
