We will conclude this course by presenting a parade of magnet designs that were build in the past 50 years. In each case we present the main parameters, and we discuss the technical choices and the novel features. The list cannot be exhaustive, and therefore a selection has been carried out.
In some cases, as in development programs, parameters have been fine tuned during the time and we will refer to the final version. The parade will not follow a chronological order, but it will start with Nb-Ti dipoles, followed by Nb3Sn dipoles, and will continue with quadrupoles.
