Students who are selected to attend the School should arrange to arrive at Ben Gurion airport (airport code TLV) during the afternoon/early evening of Wednesday 30 November 2022. The school will end on the morning of Tuesday 13 December after breakfast.
On the day of arrival a bus transfer will be organized between Ben Gurion airport and the Yearim Hotel. Similarly, transport will be provided to the airport on the departure day.
Where necessary, our Israeli colleagues will assist with official invitations for use in obtaining visas for Israel if needed. Once selected, students will be contacted by e-mail with the relevant instructions for making the visa application for Israel.
Note that students should not make firm bookings for travel to the School until nearer the time of the Event. Only a subset of applicants will be accepted for the School following a competitive selection process. Furthermore, in view of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic and associated restrictions in many countries, including Israel, cancellation or postponement of the School cannot be excluded.
