The cost of the School will be about CHF 1700 per student, and will cover tuition, board and lodging from dinner on Wednesday 30 November to breakfast on Tuesday 13 December 2022, as well as coffee, tea or cold drinks during the morning and afternoon breaks and excursions and social activities. Participants will be advised if there is a supplement to the fee to cover additional expenses resulting from COVID-related measures at the School.
The fee does not include travel expenses from participants' home institutes to Tel Aviv and back, visa fees (where required), or the cost of insurance covering illness and accidents that is required for all participants. It also does not include costs of COVID-19 testing or vaccinations, and associated documentation, that may be required by national authorities or airlines.
Details concerning the method of payment of the fees will be sent together with the acceptance letters. At the same time, funded students will be informed of the procedures to be followed for making travel arrangements and applying for visas (where required).
