1. There were no comments on the previous minutes.
2. Image generation policy
- Document nearly identical to the one at the end of the face to face meeting May 11.
- point 10 to moved to be point 2
- redundant statement about currently accepted best practices removed from the new point 2.
- we concluded that Dave would now distribute the policy document more widely.
- for exact description of the differences look at the wiki diff
3. Image distribution and cataloging
- Owen hasn't had a chance to do more work.
