Please use an updated Zoom version >= 5.3.0 if possible. For the networking session we will use breakout rooms to allow for smaller group conversation. We will allow each participant to self-select the room. This feature requires using an up to date version of zoom (this functionality is not available if you connect from your browser). If you are not able to use a recent version, we will assist by placing you directly in a room. However, this process will be quite slow if it needs to be done for a large number of participants. By using an updated version you are helping to ensure the smooth function of the meeting.
