Meeting ID: 650 2124 7627

Connected:
Alain Blondel, Arindam Das, Gaia Lanfranchi, Inar Timiryasov, Jan Hajer, Jan-Loup Tastet, John Stupak, Juliette Alimena, Juraj Klaric, Marcin Chrzaszcz, Matthew McCullough, Marco Drewes, Monica Verducci, Oleg Ruchayski, Rohini Sengupta, Sanjoy Mandal, Valentina Diolaiti, Rebeca Gonzalez Suarez

Next dates:

Presentation by Matthew: Presented different physics scenarios with LLP at the FCC (ALPs, Exotic Higgs decays, Neutral Naturalness, SUSY, and HNL) Suggestion to target model-independent signature-search approach with H/Z/scalar decaying to displaced objects. It would cover a great range of UV scenarios.

Q(Alain): To which extent we can generate these scenarios in MC? A: madgraph and pythia for example already have some. For the generic search proposed, extra-scalars for example can be used and those are available.

Presentation by Arindam: Different work performed on right-handed neutrinos at lepton colliders (sinde 2012 until today)

Q(Rebeca): In the ongoing studies and proposed updates of older ones, will you also focus on the FCC-ee range of energies? A: yes, and invites people to follow up with him.

Q (Alain): Discussion on plot in slide 14, it would be interesting to add up the expected results from EWK measures from FCC-ee. Discussion also with Marco about the limit, the large mass region is allowed to 10-3, GAMBIT limits for all leptons together dominated by the tau, line on the plot made with e/mu.
Suggestion to investigate high mass limit of EWK precision data, interesting indirect estimation, exploring the complementarity will be good.

Next meeting will happen after the workshops and will be anounced

Probing heavy neutral leptons at the electron positron collider 20m

The neutrino oscillation experiment has clearly pointed out that the Standard Model neutrinos have tiny masses and their flavors are mixed. There are a plenty of models which explain the mechanism of the generation of the neutrino mass. In this talk we will discuss about the simple neutrino mass generation process at the TeV scale which is often called the seesaw mechanism and its testability at the high energy colliders.

Speaker: Arindam Das (University of Alabama)
