1-Measured the SiN PS voltages: +2V = 1.43V; -2V = -2.15V; +5V = +5.0V; -5V = -5.1V Mbias = 0.5V

2-Measured the SiS PS voltages: +2V = 1.64V; -2V = -1.94V; +5V = +5.0V; -5V = -5.0V Mbias = 0.5V

3-Raised SiN PS voltages: +2V = 1.6V;  all others left the same

4-Switched SiN PS from 257, 258 to 253, 254

5-Switched SiS PS from 253, 254 to 257, 258

6-Si Voltage set at 133.5V
