HOW TO UPLOAD YOUR PRESENTATION INTO INDICO

Please make sure you are "logged in" (top right corner)

Click on my contribution (in the main menu)
(only available after registration and linked to announced presentation)

Click on your presentations' title.

Click on "Add Material" (under Existing material)

Under "Upload File" and in "type": select "slides", browse to search for your file and finish with "upload".
Once this is done return to your e-mail in order to confirm this request !!!
Please note you need an account (cern external lightweight account or a cern nice account)to upload your presentation.
If you are not already in possession of one; please register for an external lightweight account through this link.
Do you already have an account, but there seems to be a problem.
Please refer to the same link and/or contact the CERN helpdesk (+41 22 767 8888).
TO MODIFY OR DELETE YOUR CONTRIBUTION

Log in as explained above

Click on My Contribution (in the main menu)

Click on your presentations title.

To Modify : Click on the "EDIT" icon next to your presentations' title
-
To Delete : Click on the "red X" icon next to your presentations' title.
In case of problems to upload a file during the meeting, please use the "Presentations Drop-Box" [see menu]
