Free parking is available for participants who come by car.
Rooms
Please note, rooms are available from 15.00 on the day of arrival. Participants may leave their luggage with the Concierge until their room is ready.
During your stay
A shuttle (6 places), for those who wish to go to the Casino and City center for the end of the evening is available and can berequested from the Concierge.
The shuttle can make rotations.
The last possible return of the shuttle from the CASINO is 02.00 in the morning.

Rooms must be freed by 10.00 the day of your departure. Keys must be handed before 10.00 to the Hotel Reception, but the invoices for extras can be paid later.
Luggage can be stored at the reception before the beginning of the meeting, until the moment of the departure.
TRANSPORT
Buses will leave CERN from the parking between the buildings 866 and 865 on the Prevessin site.
