Information regarding Proceedings of the 38th International Conference on Recent Developments in High Energy Physics and Cosmology 16-19 June 2021
- All speakers are eligible to contribute to the Proceedings.
- The Proceedings are voluntary.
Proceedings of the conference will be published online. The proceedings will be handled through IOP science, Journal of Physics: Conference Series (JPCS).
By submitting a paper for publication in the Journal, an author is assumed to accept all of the terms of the Proceedings Publication Licence.
The deadline for paper submission is (30 June) 10 July 2021 (inclusive). Such a strict deadline is motivated by the issues connected with the fast publication. The papers sent after the deadline will be declined. Earlier submission is highly welcomed! Please consider the starting of proceedings writing prior the conference.
The authors will receive by 11 September 2021 the acceptance notification or any reviewer comments for minor or major revision.
The deadline for the final version submission is 27 September 2021 (inclusive). By that date the payment for the publication should be made following the guidelines shown in "Payment" menu item.
The proceedings will be published in 2021.
The submitted papers must meet the following conditions:
- Language: English.
- File format: PDF.
- Page format: A4.
- Length: up to 10 pages maximum.
The format of the paper should follow IOP guidelines for conference proceedings. Templates for Microsoft Word and LaTeX are available here.
Do NOT include page numbers in your paper.
Do NOT include copyright header/footer information.
The papers should be sent to the organisers at hep2021@physics.auth.gr by 10 July 2021.
Upon acceptance, authors will be asked to submit an updated version of the paper until 30 August 2021.
