Description
This lecture gives an overview of the beam instrumentation and diagnostics for high charge, low emittance beams. It covers the techniques that are commonly used for non-relativistic and ultra-relativistic beams, Hadrons and Leptons. A special emphasis is given to non-invasive beam diagnostics which can be used on high charge density beams without being damaged.
