FEES & PAYMENT
The fee covers the accommodation, breakfasts, lunches, coffee breaks, from Sunday afternoon 6 November to Friday 18 November before noon, as well as all organized social events (banquet, excursion, movie night). It does NOT include travel expenses
Shuttles will be organised for flights arriving between 10 AM and 06 PM and for flights leaving on the departure day after 10 AM.
End of September, we will inform all registered students if the course will take place or not. Only after this date we will proceed with payment requests and with the organization of transport. Still we encourage all interested students to register now, since the total count of interested students is important for us and the places are limited.
ONLY if you have received an acceptance Letter, you will be required to pay the Registration fee at the end of August if the school is maintained.

Travel for participants is organized by the relevant secretariats (according to the rules of each Department). Shuttles will be organised for flights arriving between 10 AM and 06 PM and for flights leaving on the departure day after 10 AM.
Local travel expenses in Geneva to the airport, such as taxis, public transport or parking fees at the airport will not be reimbursed.
Payment of the registration fee is done via a global TID, issued by the Department Head secretariat. The supplier (creditor) budget code is provided by the CAS Secretariat.
No extra subsistence shall be provided as the registration fee covers the full board accommodation, coffee/tea breaks and all social events.
