Description
I will present a review of measurements undertaken at various experiments
for determining the Generalized Parton Distributions in the nucleon. Results on Deeply Virtual Compton Scattering with exclusive single-photon
production as well as hard exclusive meson production have been obtained
at HERMES, JLab and COMPASS using electron or muon beams and nucleon
targets in various kinematic ranges. The measurements are sensitive to the
transverse extension of partons in the proton. Efforts are undertaken to
use them in global analyses to constrain the nucleon GPDs.
