Places for the conference will be limited to a maximum of 300 participants, in addition to the 40 speakers.
Accommodation
80 rooms have been blocked for the Conference in the CERN hostels until end 24th of August 2023. Reservations are for the period Sunday September 24 to Thursday September 28, 2023 (5 nights). They will be distributed on the basis of first-come first-served and only be confirmed when the fees have been paid.
Single room: CHF 48.00 per night
Double room: CHF 77.00 for two persons or CHF 64.00 for one person.

In case of cancellation, please do not forget to inform the Conference Secretary by sending an email using the same address.
Cancelations after August 24, 2023 will induce a cost, to be discussed with the management of the CERN hostels.
