We recommend that participants get their pass to enter the conference at the reception cocktail, on Sunday, because it will be more difficult to get the pass at the entrance of the Globe on Monday morning on time for the start of the conference.
There will be no entrance to CERN without a conference pass

Tuesday September 26, 19:30: Conference banquet at Hotel President Wilson
Thursday September 28, morning:
- Last session of scientific programme
- Round table discussion
- Conclusion of the conference
Thursday September 28, afternoon: Visit of CERN facilities. The visit will include exhibitions around the LHC experimental sites, the LHC magnet test facility known as SM18, the IT Department where the World Wide Web was invented, etc. Early registration for the visit is recommended.
