next step: qualification of the glue, maybe in 2 weeks. then for the characterization for the carbon foam can start this week or next week.
the carbon foam test is including the fleece, the samples are not available as not sure regarding the pressure loss. .ask pieter and greg to produce the sample and then check to drill holes or not.

carbon longerons: they have a triangular section, slightly different from the spaceframe. there is a gluing surface that is going in contact with the sensors. how we can proceed wit that? any option that we can make such an assembly with dummy silicon? vadim is bringing prototype . separate layer concept can be applied also the foam.

peter has produced another EM with another 3 dummy silicon fully assembled. from the lesson learned, we have made a full revision of jig and tools. and detailed revision of carbon geometry and interface, thickness of glue. modifying the jig that we have but then proceed with a production of a new jig. aim is of the assembly of a new EM to use for thermal tests.
instead of the silicon dummy sensors, we have kapton eaters being produced by rui
to send to 3d printing the 2.5mm layout ( as the periphery will be of 2.5 mm) and the 6mm layout.
heater design from Massimo:thickness 12 micron, they dd a first prototype, 2 kapton and 2 interface,. the metal of the heater is copper
