ACCESS CARDS:
CERN visitors need an access card to enter CERN site (*).
Please send an email to Veronique.Lefebure@cern.ch with the following information, as soon as possible and preferably before tomorrow Thursday 3.3.2011 6pm.
- your family name and first name
- your nationality
- date when you arrive on site and when you leave
- [why you come to CERN (Quattor Workshop)]
- [CERN representative (Veronique Lefebure)]
- your Car plate number if you need to enter the site with your car
If you go to the CERN hostel and/or arrive at CERN after 6pm or during the week-end, you get the access card from the guardian at Entrance B, else from the welcome desk at the CERN Reception at building 33, between 8 am and 5:45 am). (see CERN map: http://maps.cern.ch/mapsearch/ )
You will have to show an identity card (or passport).
