The aim of the workshop ist to better understand what the VO expect from the EGEE support infrastructure and how they interact with it, in order to improve the processes and workflows and to make the EGEE user support more helpful for the VO-users.

Presentation of the EGEE User Support Infrastructure

An overview of the EGEE user support infrastructure will be
given, describing the users and the supporters view of the
system.
A live demo of the system will also be included in this session.
