Hotel reservation policy
- The participants could cancel their booking 2 months prior the arrival without any penalties.
- For any cancellation between 2 months and 1 month before the arrival day, the Royal Plaza Montreux will charge 1 night penalty or 20% for the late cancellation on the credit card.
- For any cancellation between 1 month and 3 weeks before the arrival day, the Royal Plaza Montreux will charge 2 nights penalty or 40% for the late cancellation on the credit card.
- For any cancellation between 3 weeks and 2 weeks before the arrival day, the Royal Plaza Montreux will charge 3 nights penalty or 60% for the late cancellation on the credit card.
- For any cancellation between 2 weeks and 1 week before the arrival day, the Royal Plaza Montreux will charge 4 nights penalty or 80% for the late cancellation on the credit card.
- For any cancellation between 6 days and the day of arrival, the Royal Plaza Montreux will charge the entire stay or 100% on the credit card.
