CERN visits Thessaloniki International Fair 2022 - Από την θεμελιώδη φυσική στην τεχνολογία για ιατρικές εφαρμογές και την θεραπεία καρκίνου

The Ph.D degree on Hadrontherapy is a path of research and training where multi-disciplinarity and trans-disciplinarity become pivotal elements for the construction of a common language through the integration of different skills.

For these reasons, year after year the doctorate provides for the proposal of doctoral theses related to research topics characterized by a strong complexity and interdisciplinarity, which will involve candidates from different disciplines, belonging to different educational macro-environments: the biomedical field (physicians, radiotherapists, biologists, biotechnologists), the technological field (physicists, engineers, data scientists), and the humanistic-social field (jurists, economists, philosophers).

It  has a duration of 3 years, it is open and the application deadline is September 9, 2022 1:00 pm.
