HOTEL POSTA DONINI - CONFERENCE VENUE
To benefit of all the informal discussions and of the fruitful exchange of ideas opportunities that such a place and such a stay could inspire, we strongly suggest to use as accommodation, during the conference, the Posta Donini hotel, venue of the conference.
We have pre-reserved all the 48 rooms of the Posta Donini hotel for the participants of the ASAPP2023 conference.
The discounted prices for booking a stay in Posta Donini through the conference form are:
- 213€ (+ city tax) per day, for the Double for Single Use Room, full board (60€ at discounted rate for the meals are included in the room price).
- 360€ (+ city tax) per day, for the Double/Twin Room, full board for 2 persons (60€, each, at discounted rate for the meals for 2 persons are included in the room price).
- 130.5€ (+ city tax) per day, in addition to the previous rates for 1 third (or fourth) bed in the Double Room, full board (60€ at discounted rate for the meals for 1 additional person are included in the room price).
We suggest to register to the conference and book the hotel as soon as possible. Pre-reservation of the rooms will expire on 15 April 2023. Pre-reservations will be assigned on a "first come - first served" approach, and a confirmation email will be sent.

HOTEL PLAZA
We have pre-reserved 25 rooms of the Plaza Hotel for the participants of the ASAPP2023 conference.
The discounted prices for booking a stay in Plaza Hotel through the conference form are:
- 201€ (+ city tax) for the Double for Single Use Room, full board (60€ at discounted rate for the meals are included in the room price).
- 327€ (+ city tax) for the Double/Twin Room, full board for 2 persons (60€, each, at discounted rate for the meals are included in the room price)
Always in the spirit of the Conference and to help to benefit from all the informal discussions and the fruitful exchange of ideas opportunities that such a place and such a stay could inspire, all the meals (lunches, dinners and cofeee breaks) will be held in Posta Donini and free shuttle services (connecting Posta Donini to Plaza Hotel) will be arranged.
Shuttle services will run as follows (detailed timeschedule will be provided):
- after breakfast at Plaza Hotel from Plaza Hotel for transfer to conference venue (Posta Donini)
- after afternoon session from conference venure (Posta Donini) to Hotel Plaza
- before dinner from from Plaza Hotel for transfer to conference venue (Posta Donini)
- after dinner from conference venure (Posta Donini) to Hotel Plaza
Also in case you prefer this accommodation solution, we suggest registering to the conference and booking the Plaza Hotel as soon as possible. Room reservation will expire on 15 April 2023 1 May 2023. Pre-reservations will be assigned on a "first come - first served" approach, and a confirmation email will be sent.
The possibility to extend the reservation of the room at Posta Donini or Hotel Plaza, at similar conditions, for the weekend before or after the Conference should be possible. We, however, didn't pre-reserve any room for these extensions, so we suggest registering to the conference and booking the hotel also for the extra periods as soon as possible.
OTHER ACCOMMODATIONS
Even if, given the spirit of the Conference, we suggest everyone to stay the full week, and enjoy the beautiful venue also for the hotel stay, for participants that decide to use different accommodations that those suggested above we offer the possibility to buy lunch and dinner tickets for meals at the venue at the following prices:
- 44€ for the lunch (buffet)
- 48€ for the dinner (3 courses)
These tickets can be purchased during the registration or paid directly at Posta Donini, but is important that you inform the Local Organizing Committee (asapp2023@lists.infn.it) of the dates so that we can tune the food accordingly.
