All the meals (besides the Social Dinner) will be served in the Bioclimatic Pergola or, weather permitting, in the beautiful garden in front of it, at the Posta Donini:
- coffee breaks
- buffet lunches
- dinners
- welcome event (first-day dinner, enriched by a wine tasting experience)
The coffee breaks and the social dinner are included in the conference fee.
All other lunches and dinners have a price of:
- 44€ for the lunch (buffet)
- 48€ for the dinner (3 courses)
If you stay in the proposed hotels, the price for lunches and dinners will be included in the full-board and will be charged, in the receipt, as "60€ at discount rate" for both the meals.
Only in case you prefer not to use the proposed accommodation, lunch and dinner tickets for meals at Posta Donini are available.
These tickets can be purchased during the registration or paid directly at Posta Donini, but is important that you inform the Local Organizing Committee (asapp2023@lists.infn.it) of the dates so that we can tune the food accordingly.
