Registration to the conference will open on 15 January 2023
The conference fee will cover the costs for
- Participation to the conference
- Conference kit
- Social event (city tour of Perugia oldtown with guide and transfer included)
- Social dinner (Perugia oldtown)
- Transfer during arrival day and departure day from/to the main nearby train stations to the conference venue and vice-versa
- Daily transfers from/to Posta Donini (conference venue and main accommodation) to Hotel Plaza (secondary accommodation) in the mornings (after breakfast) and evenings (after dinner at Posta Donini)
- Publication of conference proceedings on a peer-reviewed journal
The payment of the fee should be finalized during the registration for the conference.

Payment by credit card is also possible: it can be done by using the Eventbrite link (an additional charge will be included in the final price).
N.B.: conference participants from INFN will pay with "storno fra Sezioni". They can choose "bank transfer" as payment method and inform the Local Organizing Committee (asapp2023@lists.infn.it), as well as their Local CSN2 Coordinator.
BILLING INFORMATION
Participants must specify in the registration form the billing details required for the preparation of the fee invoice; they are invited to check with their administration if the invoice must be addressed to their Institute or to the participant's name.
In case the fee must be invoiced to the institute, it is necessary to provide the exact name of the Institute and the VAT/P.IVA of the Institute
In case the fee must be invoiced to the individual participant, it is necessary to provide the full name, address and tax code (if applicable) of the participant
CANCELLATION POLICY
All refund requests must be submitted in writing by email to the Conference Organizers asapp2023@lists.infn.it as soon as possible.
The Conference Organizers reserve the right to refuse reimbursements of part or of the whole fee in the case of late cancellations. However, each case of cancellation will be considered separately.
