Posters will be displayed in the BioClimatic Pergola, where the lunch will be served, using 65" digital screens. No printed posters will be displayed.
Presenters should prepare their posters to be displayed in a landscape 16:9 65" screen.
Portrait orientations or any other format different from the suggestion may be not correctly displayed in the screens (e.g., missing borders, lateral empty bands, ...)
Presenters are invited to send their posters in pdf format via mail to the asapp2023@lists.infn.it by Friday 16th June.
Rapid-fire talks
All the posters will be displayed during the three poster sessions, even if on the timetable each poster is assigned to a specific day.
On that day, a 2' (sharp!) talk to introduce the poster can be presented, in a plenary dedicated session of the morning. These "rapid-fire" talks are on a volunteer basis. A poster presenter that decide to prepare this kind of talk must inform the organizers via mail to the asapp2023@lists.infn.it by Friday 16th June.
